Headed offshore in the Gulf to thirty feet of water to a series of rockpiles. Using whole frozen menhaden and cut lady fish, we managed to boat several grouper including those pictured. The baits were fished on 3ft. of 80lb leader attached to a 150lb bbl swivel and a two ounce slip sinker. These fish pull hard and are delectible table fare.
